Apple gets the lead in user satisfaction with their iPad by JD Power

A year after being placed as a leader with both the iPhone and the iPad and lose the position in favor of Samsung, Apple is having a spring joy watching the JD Power company repositioned the iPad as the best tablet according to a survey customer satisfaction. A maximum of 1,000 points, 830 have achieved. Now Samsung tablets are in second place, but only a negligible difference of eight points. Amazon, which last year was in second place, has dropped to fifth.
