Apple has been sued by the error in iMessage

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Apple has been sued this week by appropriating the SMS user due to a bug in iMessage. Apparently there is a known bug for the last time for which retains iMessage SMS message sent to the user from iMessage, no matter if it is not in use or number or SIM card being used in a different terminal.

That is what happened to Adrienne Moore, the client who has sued the company because she realized the switch to Android not receiving their messages properly since iMessage was holding due to the aforementioned mistake. Specifically the complaint is "penalizing and disable the option to get all the features of their contract."

This error has been known for some time and it is strange that Apple has not done anything to fix it because it is a serious mistake. And last but not least the error itself has no solution yet, so if you change to another terminal that is not iPhone, you probably will not receive the SMS iMessages.
