MacBook Air 12 ", tactile and interactions with virtual controls sight: Rumorsfera

The first months of any year within the Apple world are abuzz with rumors. Straddling the preceding months to come, expectations, interests and perspectives sometimes materialize in various unconfirmed reports, which do not cease to be an important ingredient in the history of the Cupertino company. We started the year still timidly, but interesting things begin to emerge:

  • One of the strongest rumors of the week was the possible leak of the first images of the new MacBook Air 12 ". According ifanr.com, the new Mac would not count on the illuminated apple and would look similar to the MacBook Pro frame with Retina display (not to say that this new Air count on it). a lot comes to mind the mythical PowerBook 12 "and for that alone, we are looking forward to seeing this new version (if in the end it materializes).

According China, Apple would have accepted that the Chinese government inspect their products

Here is one such information for now we have to take with tweezers. According to Beijing News, a means of China, Apple would have given permission for the State Internet Information Office of the Chinese government to inspect iOS devices and Macs have been sold in the country.

The reason: the Chinese administration has been long suspected of Apple products and their safety, claiming that could be the means to spy on members of the government. For this reason it was rumored the prohición buying these devices if you were part of the government, and Tim Cook calmed the community with an open letter in which he said "has ever offered 'backdoors' your software and services to agencies and it never will. Kobe Bryant been in Cupertino

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Recently it has been known via 9to5Mac sources that several professional athletes have been working in Cupertino for testing with the iWatch. This is demonstrated by photographs like the one above, where the NBA player Kobe Bryant rests one of the campus bars.

Hockey player Dustin Brown of the Los Angeles Kings team also have done the same, along with other elite athletes from the NHL and MLB American. They have all signed confidentiality agreements not to disclose absolutely nothing to have been seeing in recent weeks.

Kobe Bryant has even been seen talking with Jonathan Ive, the head of product design at Apple. All these athletes must have tested the iWatch under demanding conditions of all the sports they play, something that will pay benefits when the attachment goes on sale. Well, not all are Kobe Bryant, but would be better they test it, right?

Reuters: The iWatch will be released in October

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
A device that is creating great excitement, the iWatch. Apple Smart Clock, or as I like to call it, the natural evolution of the iPod, seems to have a release date. According to Reuters, October would be the launch date and Apple expects to sell 50 million units.

Quanta Computer Inc company would be responsible for 70% of the production of the device, also speaks of a design and arched screen with a diagonal of 2.5 inches signed by LG. Would have wireless charging system and heart rate sensor to complete the ecosystem further plans to create Healtkit.

We have to wait, but during the WWDC and we could see some clues. Apple's goal is to not be predictable in a new device, creating a new category.

Alleged leaks of OS X

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
No matter how little it is that Tim Cook takes the stage and kick off the 2014 WWDC: there is always time for last minute rumors. This morning we woke up with the appearance of multiple images showing the supposed interface OS X 10.10, which probably will be called Yosemite if we rely on the poster image that has been placed over the weekend at the Moscone Center.

In the images we can see what we imagined: an OS X interface which melts a little more with iOS. Dock fills the bottom of the screen, a control center and notifications that open from the side of the screen, a window lacking Safari title bar and a search engine. The wallpaper is the Mavericks, but it appears that the photographs are taken from a beta system released in March.

Here are the full images originally posted on Reddit by someone who has removed their user account:

iPhone 6 ... 1704x960 pixels?

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
All indications are that the next iPhone 6 will see significant changes in the display. It is speculated by the arrival of two models of 4.7 and 5.5 inches.

According to 9to5mac, who refer to sources that are testing the new phone, Apple will use a resolution of 1704x960 pixels in their next phone, strange for conventional world but logic within the Apple ecosystem. Keep the same format including iPhone 5 and 5S, which would imply that the adaptation of applications to the new resolution.

This resolution would be shared with the two phone sizes, 4.7 and 5.5 inches, and would be above 300 dpi that Apple requires to consider a Retina Display screen. They would be 416 and 356 dpi respectively, even above 326 ppi that Apple has been using for the iPhone 4.

It seems that Apple will raise the screen size of the next iPhone 6, and logic tells us that with this increase will also increase the resolution. These 1704x960 pixels fall within the logic, but of course we have to consider having a lot of speculation. Surely in the next WWDC 2014 (2-6 June) it unveil a new feature of iOS 8, and perhaps also with him some new feature of the iPhone 6 is leaking, hopefully confirming many of the things that have been rumored in the recent months. Maybe some new feature of the iPhone 6 is also leaking in the coming days.

Hello? And meanwhile the iPhone rumor 6c, where it is?

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
We have rumors, rumors and more rumors iPhone 6, which will be the next big jump in Apple design. We all know that every two generations, Apple makes a great device redesign and now when it's up again.

How it will evolve to the iPhone 6c? We have so many pictures of the iPhone 6, which I think in September we will have no surprise about the iPhone but substitute "colors" do not know anything yet.

Will we see a major revolution in the iPhone 5c?

Obviously, externally it appears that is not going to happen, it most probably would have seen a leak and respect. As now run rumors and leaks, and would have seen any alleged photograph or render any course.

Well, if a rumor has been ... but the truth is that I personally do not give much credibility. Slimmer design, slightly larger screen ... better camera and without touchID.

My theory is that a new color appear. iPhone 5C, 5 colors, iPhone 6C, 6 colors. Besides the iPhone 6C, come along with the release of the iPhone 6S. Would talk in a high-end changes every year and a range focused on new and young audience that would change every 2 years.

The iPhone 6 could be as thin as the iPod Touch

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
The new Apple iPhone could be very, very thin. Almost as much as the iPod Touch. So say the latest rumors we have seen about the leak of alleged cases for the new Apple smartphone.

With the latest rumors, users want to know more about the possible size of the iPhone 6. This important aspect in a terminal is the focus of much of the community and the latest rumors suggest that the phone could be much more thin, almost as much as an iPod Touch, as we have seen recently.

According to the alleged leak of the new iPhone 6 cases, the thickness of the iPod Touch fits perfectly with the new size of the iPhone 6. Here we show in a video released by Unbox Therapy, who have managed such cases. The main problem is that not really know whether the alleged cases are real.

However, what if we have clear is that almost all the rumors about the size of the iPhone 6, from various sources, point towards the same details as time goes by. In theory, the size of the iPhone 6 would have changed to have a wider thinner and lighter screen of 4.7 inch. Other rumors, with some more time, indicate that the screen would be protected by sapphire crystal and likely have a substantial reduction of the splices.

If all this is true you could call this new phone like the iPhone Air, as it would be the subtlest phone, but also wider. While we wait, we remind this interesting comparison of the most popular phones on the concept of iPhone 6 which comes closest to what we think.

Reviewing the latest rumors

Add to Flipboard Magazine.

Remaining 29 days. The countdown has begun
As every week, rumors around the world do not stop Apple. This time the WWDC, leads some issues as the future of their operating systems and devices such as the presentation of a new iPhone. Therefore, most of speculation, leaks and other data that are centered around.

1. We start with what could be the iPhone 6. According filtered and displayed by our fellow XatakaMovil images, the prototype iPhone 6 would have a 4.7-inch screen and a redesign that does not attract me much personally ... but as it is have to wait a rumor.
A new terminal that should serve to show the industry that Apple has not changed. Although it will not be easy, the other manufacturers are improving and there are other factors such as price or market saturation. Of course, as we discussed at Xataka Movilthe users of the iPhone 4 and 4s could mark the success of the iPhone 6.

2. More rumors about the iPhone 6 come from Macrumors. There show a mockup of the iPhone 6 created from the rumors and known data, comparing to the Samsung Galaxy S5 in size.

3. The next rumor is about the future of Apple headphones. These could incorporate a biometric sensors to measure heart rate and blood pressure. More inclusion of iBeacon to avoid their loss. And watch out, require connection to port Lightning. Something as discussed in Reddit would be the reason for moving the headphone jack on the bottom of the terminal.

4. The camera would also be revamped with better image stabilization system and a sensor with larger pixel size that would provide higher quality and be more luminous.

5. The rumored iWatch is making an appearance and sources said China Times and G for Games, Apple would already have begun to produce their device in small quantities.

6. If future devices are always something like, what software is really all enjoyed. Because in our current or future iPhone, iPad or Mac software is what will make the difference over other options in the market.

I think OS X will be the core of the WWDC 2014

WWDC 2014 will focus on OS X, with an update that will as important as iOS 6 to  iOS 7. Publications like 9to5mac or Re / code bet on these ideas and discuss further not see any new hardware. In particular no Apple TV or software for it. Therefore, the operating systems are only the protagonists of an event that indeed is about software.

EasyPay, the concept of mobile payments with Touch ID we want to see in iOS 8

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Although it has already begun to explore the world of payments iPhone still has much to evolve. However, due to their expectation, there are many who are beginning to play with the idea that we know.
Now we have spoken several times of Touch ID, security and long-term intention of Apple to turn this feature on a standard payment method in the iPhone. The fact is that while we waiting time, still do not know how it would be, although some authors have decided to step forward with their own concepts.

EasyPay, a very interesting concept

We already know that Apple is working on a method of payment with iPhone. This was the conclusion from the Wall Street Journal and so many have come confirming rumors. In particular, although there are several examples of this, EasyPay define very well what could be the natural way of payment with iPhone, at least in terms of design. Ricardo del Toro, the author, has provisions Dribble a series of sample images of great quality and very well pointing to the conceptualization of the model.

Ricardo del Toro, the author, has provisions in Dribble a series of sample images of great quality and very well pointing to the conceptualization of the model.
Del Toro's work, both in its design and its staging could well be a great example of the future of payment with iPhone and not surprise us to find authentic and great similarities in the actual function. The concept of del Toro, some partners would be the first to take advantage of this feature, which also have been chosen quite rightly seen as they could directly benefit from a payment system with iPhone.

The reality of payment with iPhone

The truth is that with the possible similarities are actually quite striking. For example, both the design of the application itself as the minimalist, general are very significant, not only for aesthetics, but for functionality. The iPhone payment service should offer a digital account, as shown in the concept, which could not pay in cash. Simply connect and settle and we would have completed the transaction in such small things like coffee.

The idea behind the iPhone payment using Touch ID is quicker and easier everyday payments, creating a new standard in both everyday issues such as shopping features. This has been shown on several occasions since Cupertino, including some Tim Cook's statements. Implementing iBeacons in stores are promoting the increasingly rapid adaptation of these systems via mobile payments. Although the extension is still low, the iPhone is a payment system that promises much, considering the care we left closed ecosystem. So do not be surprised if we see an announcement about it in the months that lie ahead, and if finally we saw a pay official iPhone, not surprise us that looked like the concept of showing EasyPay del Toro.

Apple gains ownership of a patent on a new autofocus system for cameras

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
This is one of those wars that are win with patent regulators. This is one of those wars that are won with regulators patents. Apple has once again impose its views on a system that will greatly benefit the quality of future cameras iPhones and iPads. The title given to this pantente makes us understand the intentions and what will be the benefits that bring.

The patent is titled as "MEMS Autofocus actuator". The acronym MEMS means "micro-electrical mechanical systems". The system has been used so far Apple is the VCM (Voice Coil Motor), which in the same patent at hand is represented as a slow system when focus and energy intensive.

The patent indicates that this new system will consume less power, be able to focus faster and also allows the fabrication of smaller devices. But against that item is not exactly simple to manufacture. The patent dates from 2012, its inventor is Richard J. Topliss and even allow us to focus images after shooting.

Only in Cupertino know if this is a technology that we will see in the next iPhone 6 or later. But such a technology would be well received.

The MacBook variety, many options for choice

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Now that you have begun the round of renovations to the MacBook Air, will begin to do a special on the options we have in the two great ranges of Mac computers, laptops and desktops. To do this we will review the MacBook family, the Air and Pro in its different variants and Desktops iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, and a small final detail with the Apple Cinema Display, which promises this year.

Like the MacBook Air was the first to update, let's start with laptop variety. And although we already know what will bring the MacBook Air this year, perhaps Apple has an ace up his sleeve and can introduce surprises even within the family. And of course, its big brother, the MacBook pro insurance to be renewed.

And what we have now in the MacBook variety?

Right now we have the Air and Pro Series. The first is focused directly to portability, the second to the performance. Each mode has its use and consider that Apple has a very well defined range. But in reality, the MacBook are what keep the Mac family.

The MacBook Air

The variety of the MacBook Air has been renovated this Tuesday. The update has been minimal, just a new generation of Intel processors get more clock speed, from 1.3 to 1.6 prior to the current 1.4 to 1.7 (GHz). No other changes apart from a decrease in prices.

The MacBook Pro

We have a 13-inch model without retina display and other variations in sizes 13 and 15 inch retina display. This is a performance-oriented notebook. It has plenty of power and a huge array of possibilities.

The MacBook Pro is about to be renewed, now takes 186 days without renewal. Probably during the developer conference see an update to the MacBook Pro range, so if you are thinking about buying one might be better to wait.

If you do not need the ultra-portability of the MacBook Air, we will always have the MacBook Pro, which will give us more power. Yes, this is a high performance laptop that will serve for almost any task. Their price range is very wide and allow us to play with almost any possible configuration when suit our needs.

All rumors iOS 8 converted into a very interesting concept video

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Those who follow Apple, we live day to day with all the rumors that appear frequently on new devices, new features in the software or just moves Apple makes one or another trend. Here in weekly Appleismo collect most of these rumors Rumorsfera in our section, but today we want to show an extremely interesting video that shows how it could be really iOS 8.

Why this video is different from others? Because instead of teaching what the creator of the video would like had iOS 8, actually teaches (as a concept, of course) are the rumors we've been getting so far on all iOS 8 features alleged will. In the video we see Siri to identify songs, Healthbook supported for future iWatch, CarPlay and not being able to use it in the car and the redesigned notification center.

What do you think these concepts? Although aesthetics is started with iOS 7 and many hate (but I love), if the redesign notification center is similar to that seen here and Healthbook runs without iWatch, I personally will be happy with the new characteristics. Let's just hope that is compatible with the iPhone "not so old" (iPhone 4 and above) and fix existing bugs iOS 7.

Renders of alleged iPhone 6 confirm the increase in screen and 6mm thick

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Leaks continue, and this time are some renders of the iPhone in June alleged that show how the new terminal would be more screen and thinner.
March and April tend to be especially active in Tale months of rumors and leaks about new Apple products, and this year, the event increased screen size of the next iPhone 6 is assuming that most of the rumors focus on this feature.

I recently watched the new front panel and more rounded edges. Now would be new renders for accessory manufacturers to confirm the increased screen and 6 millimeters thick. If so become one of the finest devices market.
Through UkranianiPhone have posted pictures that accompany this post and according to this source correspond to Render design for manufacturers of bags and accessories, and how logically contain all the physical details of the terminal to match the accessories with the arrangement of the physical buttons and the structure of the terminal. In this way according to these data, this assumption iPhone would be high and slightly wider than the current iPhone 5s, which measures 124mm by 59mm by changing to 138mm by 67mm, nearby to one of the terminals Android.

One idea that I personally am not convinced, I think more than 5 inches is a brick in your pocket.

The code of iOS 7.1 hides references to Siri for Apple TV

Add to Flipboard Magazine.

Blazquez Pierre, a French developer references found in iOS 7.1 code that could confirm a rumor: the arrival of Siri to Apple TV. In one of the files the wizard voice of Apple three families of devices are reflected according to the records kept by the company on the block identified the iPhone and iPod touch (family 1), iPad (2) and the Apple TV (3).

These references can be found in both iOS 7.1 and the latest version 7.1.1, but not 7.0.6 as previous ones, so we can assume that this is a recent development, perhaps, with a little luck , see materialized in a future update of the Apple TV hardware level.

The current model, which by the way, no microphone, was released in March 2012 surpassing today the longest period of time elapsed before a renewal: 777 days versus 377 average for this "hobby" of Apple. Rumors have already repeatedly mentioned integration with Siri as a new interface and the expected presentation of an App Store that allows you to download apps and games directly on the set-top box from Apple.

2014 will be finally the year that all this true?

"It's not a biopic, it's not the story of Steve Jobs," Aaron Sorkin about the film based on the official biography of Jobs

Add to Flipboard Magazine.
The writer of "The Social Network" (with which he won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay) briefly talked about his next project, the big-screen adaptation of the official biography of Steve Jobs written by Walter Isaacson.

Sorkin has described his new script as "one of the few times I've finished writing what I set out to write" revealing that both lights and shadows personality co-founded Apple in a very different way to reflect on it how it has been treated so far.
"It's not a biopic, it's not the story of Steve Jobs is very different from that he is a fascinating guy, part hero, part anti-hero."
Regarding the recent rumors of The Hollywood Reporter that put Danny Boyle, director of Slumdog Millionaire, taking charge of the project now that David Fincher has turned away from negotiations, Sorkin has evaded the issue by saying:
"I do not want to reveal much tonight. Do not want to give any notice or to make someone feel that I approached the film in a different way. I'm going to make the film speak for itself. But he is surrounded fascinating kind of fascinating people , and had interesting relationships with the people in your life."
Along with rumors of directing Boyle has also left the name of Leonardo DiCaprio as a possible actor for the role of Jobs. In any case, Aaron Sorkin has already given the final script to Sony, a script that seems to consist of three scenes of about 30 minutes around three major Apple product launches are built.
