Aperture, 2005-2014
Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Aperture, the photo editor of Apple will cease to be developed. Apple will focus on Implementation of new "Photos" App That Come With OS X Yosemite. A decision That leaves us without the expected X version, oddly enough, many expected. If it is good or bad decision will look over time. The truth Is that competition, mainly Lightroom has been so strong that never got to be relevant. Let's review as it has-been since its launch Aperture so far.

Reuters: The iWatch will be released in October
Add to Flipboard Magazine.
A device that is creating great excitement, the iWatch. Apple Smart Clock, or as I like to call it, the natural evolution of the iPod, seems to have a release date. According to Reuters, October would be the launch date and Apple expects to sell 50 million units.
Quanta Computer Inc company would be responsible for 70% of the production of the device, also speaks of a design and arched screen with a diagonal of 2.5 inches signed by LG. Would have wireless charging system and heart rate sensor to complete the ecosystem further plans to create Healtkit.
We have to wait, but during the WWDC and we could see some clues. Apple's goal is to not be predictable in a new device, creating a new category.

Apple will launch the iPhone 5C (8Gb) in the India
Add to Flipboard Magazine.
A few days ago I commented about the strange strategy to stop offering the iPhone 4 in India one year after it is reintroduced to be strong in the Indian market. Although we speculated stock reasons, has finally been simpler: Apple will introduce the iPhone 5C 8GB in India.
The new 8GB model was introduced a few weeks ago in all markets, being more economical to the top models intended for those users who do not want to spend much money on a device option. Still, prices are so tight that most users still prefer to buy the top models.
In India the movement is similar to that made in Europe, although the iPhone 5C (8GB) only differ in price about $ 30 of iPhone 5C (16GB).
Will be the key? Personally I do not think so, but just something different in the Indian market. I am not an expert.

Apple will hold "update events" of iPhones in their stores
Add to Flipboard Magazine.
Very curious initiative has discovered 9to5Mac: it seems that Apple is preparing to celebrate "update" events to all customers who have the opportunity to buy a new iPhone model changing its old model. Will be starting this Thursday, May 8 starting with the U.S. Apple Store, and apparently it has to be "huge".
Who are those customers who have the opportunity to upgrade? People who bought an iPhone at an Apple Store and they can get an advantage by delivering the phone to recycle leveraging the exchange program. These people, if they live near a local Apple Store will receive an email inviting them to this event to buy an iPhone5S or an iPhone 5c.
It will be the first major event of the Apple Store to oversee its new director, Angela Ahrendts
This event can bring many people to the Apple Store, so the shops have begun to prepare for a good flow of customers at the same level as it prepares for the launch of a new iPhone or iPad.
This will be one of the first initiatives will oversee of the new Director Apple Retail, Angela Ahrendts, probably together with other Apple executives to see the reaction of consumers in person. The test is conducted in the U.S., and if all goes well, the event may be repeated in other countries.

Rumor: possibilities for Preview and TextEdit
Add to Flipboard Magazine.
At the launch of iOS and iCloud, its goal was to merge this experience in Mac OSX, to make a more efficient synchronization between devices. After three years of its introduction, Apple continues to improve its functionality. The company is working on a couple new app, as well as improving existing providing app developers to create apps compatible with working iCloud-iWork.
Apple is developing versions of Preview and TextEdit for Mac OSX system, which have been optimized for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. These new features would aim to eliminate the need to use PDF as previewing documents, creating their own Standard.
In short, developers would be encouraged to build the app with this structure in order to synchronize all the functionality without the need for third-party apps. Imbue TextEdit and Preview app in iWork to work together to both iOS and Mac OSX.
Is still at an early stage of development, and can be considered to launch later this year. It is possible that the way is displayed in the new presentation of iOS 8 which is expected for June 2 at WWDC 2014.
